Where a service does not conform the provider must take the necessary corrective measures, immediately inform the competent authorities of the Member States where the service is provided with details of the non-compliance and the corrective measures, provide the compliance authority on reasoned request with all information showing conformity, and cooperate with it on bringing the service into compliance; failure to answer can lead to a direction.
