What does R14-2 require?

Before providing a service, the provider must prepare the information required by Schedule 3 explaining how the service meets the accessibility requirements (included in the general terms and conditions or an equivalent document, with a general description in accessible formats, explanations needed to understand how the service operates and how each relevant requirement is met), make it publicly available in writing and orally in a way accessible to persons with disabilities, and keep it for as long as the service operates. The provider must also show how the delivery process and its monitoring ensure compliance.
