What does 8.3d-e require?

The project shall verify that its product or service satisfies the applicable accessibility requirements and standards and shall consider children whose needs differ, for example full accessibility where the product is integrated into schools or education; and it shall record every obstacle, unfair term, hazard, opportunity and requirement identified relating to recognising children in the Age Appropriate Register.
