The project shall identify and record every impact on children, addressing all known sources of common hazards and opportunities and any further sources unique to the product or service, making sure the record covers every functional, non-functional and operational aspect and scenario able to affect children; intentional and unintentional impacts; normal cases and misuse or abuse cases; the algorithmic nature and effects of machine learning and behavioural adaptation in the product or service; the legislation and protections of the jurisdiction, including fair terms; children's rights under the UNCRC and specifically General Comment 25 on the digital environment; and the risks arising from the project's data processing.
