What does 14.3e require?

The project shall verify its age appropriate design by trying out the design as developed, and the concept of operations, on a group that represents the stakeholders in full, children included; noting all observations and recommendations, including further design modifications, in the AAR; implementing the design and operational improvements arising from the stakeholder trials; defining the change control and configuration management process the product, service or system will follow; fixing the first baseline of age appropriate design from what has been done so far; and drafting the Case for Age Appropriate Conformity (Annex A gives a template).
