What does 10.3c-d require?

The project shall create a corporate culture that realises children's rights by adopting zero tolerance of child sexual exploitation and abuse, with systems aimed at cutting the creation, uploading and sharing of such material and systems that allow its detection, reporting and take-down; by committing to and publishing a shareholder commitment to realise children's rights and needs; and by publishing a commitment to honour relevant regulation and legislation in spirit and not only in letter. It shall record every obstacle, unfair term, hazard, opportunity and requirement identified for a child-centred approach to data use in the Age Appropriate Register.
