What does 10.3a require?

The project shall turn off by default persuasive features that push engagement; turn off by default features that lessen privacy; turn off features found to be risky or dangerous and keep them out of children's reach; and verify that automated processes optimised for commercial ends neither infringe children's rights nor work against their needs.
