What does 4.5-4.6 require?

All areas should be lit well enough for cleaning, maintenance and correct operation. Sewage, refuse and other waste, including solid, liquid or gaseous by-products, in and around the buildings should be removed safely, promptly and hygienically, and waste containers and pipes should be clearly labelled.
