As a minimum, every control plan carries: general data (the plan number; issue and revision dates; customer details; the organization and site; part numbers, or a common control plan designation as permitted by Sanctioned Interpretation 25; part name; engineering change level; phase; key contact; part or process step number; process name; responsible group); product control (product special characteristics, other characteristics under control, specification and tolerance); process control (process parameters with their settings and tolerances, process special characteristics, and the machines, jigs, fixtures and tools used, each with its identifier); methods (evaluation and measurement technique, error-proofing, sample size and frequency, control method); and a reaction plan, either contained in the plan or referenced from it.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
