Customer satisfaction is tracked by ongoing review of internal and external performance indicators grounded in objective evidence. These include the quality of parts delivered; disruptions caused to the customer; field returns, recalls and warranty; how well delivery schedules are met, including premium freight; and customer notices about quality or delivery problems, including special status. Performance of manufacturing processes is tracked to show that customer requirements for quality and efficiency are met, which includes reviewing performance data the customer supplies through online portals and scorecards where these exist.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
