The QMS is documented and contains a quality manual. The manual may be a set of documents, electronic or on paper, and if so a list of the documents that make up the manual is kept. At minimum the manual contains: the scope of the QMS, with details of any exclusion and the reasons for it; the documented processes of the QMS, or references to them; the organization's processes, the order in which they run and how they interact, including what kind and degree of control is applied to outsourced processes; and a matrix showing where in the QMS each customer-specific requirement is dealt with. As revised: SI 5 (October 2017): this CSR document may take the form of a table, list or matrix, so a matrix is not obligatory.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
