IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Standards Manual MNT 2.12: MNT 2.12 Reporting to the Authority

Procedures supply the Authority with the in-service information on aircraft that it prescribes, report defects and un-airworthy conditions as Table 4.4 requires, and send the design approval holder information on defects, faults, malfunctions and other occurrences that bear on continuing airworthiness (MNT 2.12.1, 2.12.2, 2.12.7).
