What does MNT 1.9 require?

All fleet aircraft are equipped, according to the conditions of applicability, with the systems and equipment of Table 4.11 (flight recorders, ELT, TCAS/ACAS, GPWS, pressure altitude reporting transponder, flight deck door and the others listed) and should carry the Table 4.14 equipment (MNT 1.9.1, 1.9.2).
