GLI-33 - Gaming Laboratories International Event Wagering Systems B.8.3: B.8.3 Software Development Life Cycle

Acquisition and development of new software follow defined processes: production is logically and physically separated from development and test, with no direct connection between production and any other environment on cloud platforms; developers cannot promote code to production; a documented method verifies test software is not deployed to production; a documented method keeps unaltered production data out of testing; and development documentation is retained for the software's lifecycle.
