GLI-33 - Gaming Laboratories International Event Wagering Systems B.7.2: Remote Access Procedures and Guest Accounts

What does B.7.2 require?

A procedure strictly controls remote access; supplier access for support, updates or upgrades, as the regulator and operator permit, uses specific guest accounts that the operator monitors continuously, that are disabled when not in use and that logical security restricts to the applications or databases needed for the support or update.
