What does B.3.7 require?

After a catastrophic failure the system can be restored from the last backup and fully recovered, the backup holding the information required under Information to be Maintained, site or venue configuration and security accounts, current encryption keys, and all other parameters, modifications, reconfigurations, additions, merges, deletions and adjustments.
