GLI-33 - Gaming Laboratories International Event Wagering Systems A.4.4: Complaint/Dispute Process

What does A.4.4 require?

Players have a method to make a complaint or dispute and to notify the regulator if the operator does not or cannot address it or in other circumstances the law provides: complaints can be logged 24/7, all related correspondence is kept for five years or as the regulator specifies, and a documented process between operator and regulator governs reporting and resolution.
