GLI-33 - Gaming Laboratories International Event Wagering Systems 2.7.3: Location Detection for Remote Wagering on a WLAN

What does 2.7.3 require?

Where remote wagering occurs over an in-venue wireless LAN, the system tracks every player connected to it by one of two methods: a location check before each wager through a service meeting the internet location detection requirements, or a component that spots, as it happens, a player moving out of the permitted area and prevents further wagers, using Bluetooth sensors, directional antennas or other means assessed individually.
