Germany Works Constitution Act (BetrVG) s110: s 110 Report to the workforce on the company's economic situation

Where a company normally has over 1,000 permanent employees, the employer reports in writing to the staff at least quarterly on the company's economic situation and development after coordinating with the finance committee and the works council; in companies with more than 20 permanent employees with voting rights the report may be oral, coordinated with the works council where there is no finance committee. Failure is an administrative offence (s 121).
