What does 201a(3) require?

Whoever makes or offers a nude image of a person under eighteen so as to supply it to someone else for payment, or obtains such an image for payment, for themselves or for someone else, is punishable by imprisonment up to two years or a fine. Platform and payment operators should treat paid trade in such images as a reporting matter.
