What does 201a(1)2-3 require?

Whoever, without authorisation, creates or transmits an image that exhibits the helplessness of another person and thereby violates their most personal sphere of life (for example accident victims, intoxicated or collapsed persons), or an image that exhibits a deceased person in a grossly offensive manner, is punishable. The subsection 4 exception for art, science, research, teaching and reporting applies.
