SCHEME SCOPE: applies to organizations across the food chain including manufacturing + packaging + catering + retail + wholesale + animal feed + biochemical + transport/storage. EXCLUSIONS: primary production (mostly handled by 22002-3 + Global G.A.P.) is a separate sector.
