Convention Judiciaire d'Interet Public (CJIP) - Article 41-1-2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. EXAMPLES: Airbus EUR 2.083 billion (2020); Societe Generale (with US Joint CJIP/DPA); Bollore; Bouygues Telecom; CGED; Egis Avia; numerous others 2017-2026. NEGOTIATION POWER: CJIP allows legal entities to RESOLVE charges without trial + admission of guilt + with REDUCED FINANCIAL EXPOSURE compared to trial + UK-DPA + US-DPA-coordinated outcomes possible.
