Florida Security of Communications Act (Fla. Stat. Chapter 934) 934.03(2)(a)2-3: 934.03(2)(a)2 and 3 Assist authorized interceptions only on an order or certification, and keep them secret

A provider, landlord, custodian or other person may give information, facilities or technical help to a person authorized to intercept only when given a court order signed by the authorizing judge or a written certification from a person named in 934.09(7) stating that no order is required, that the statutory requirements are met and the help is required, with the period and the help specified. The person must not disclose the interception or the device except as legal process requires and then only after prior notice to the Governor, the Attorney General, the statewide prosecutor or a state attorney; an unauthorized disclosure brings civil liability under 934.10.
