Florida Security of Communications Act (Fla. Stat. Chapter 934) 934.03(1)(e): 934.03(1)(e) Do not disclose lawfully intercepted investigation material to obstruct a criminal investigation

A person who knows or has reason to know that information came from a lawful interception connected with a criminal investigation, or who received it in connection with one, must not disclose its contents intending to improperly obstruct, impede or interfere with that investigation.
