What does DAM-VII.B.2(b) require?

Management strictly controls the movement of programs and files among development, quality management and production libraries, assigns librarian functions to personnel independent of development, applies independent program integrity verification, library activity logs and documented approvals so that library code is not altered or deleted, and uses object grouping with access controls and the further library controls the booklet lists.
