Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL) 7(6): Article 7(6): providing information to the Office on a judicial decision

The controller must provide the Office, pursuant to a decision of the competent judicial authority, with any information it requests in exercising its powers under the Decree-Law and its Executive Regulations. Article 7(7) adds any further obligations the Executive Regulations set.
