Where processing relies on consent, the controller must be able to prove it; the consent must be prepared in a clear, simple, unambiguous and easily accessible way, in writing or electronically, and must state the data subject's right to withdraw it easily. Under Article 1 consent is only valid if given through a clear positive statement or action.
