The undertaking answers yes or no whether there were confirmed incidents in its own workforce of child labour, forced labour, human trafficking, discrimination or other matters (specified) and may describe the actions taken; and states whether it knows of confirmed incidents involving value chain workers, affected communities, consumers or end-users in the period, specifying them. Both questions are voluntary for reporters whose staff is ten or below.
