The undertaking answers yes or no: whether its own workforce is covered by a code of conduct or a policy on human rights and, if so, whether it covers child labour, forced labour, human trafficking, discrimination, accident prevention or other matters (specified); and whether its own staff have a mechanism for raising complaints. The policy and mechanism questions are voluntary for reporters whose staff is ten or below.
