Dismissal, contract termination or equivalent action, and preparations for it, on the grounds that a person exercised rights under the Directive are prohibited; a person who considers this happened may request duly substantiated written grounds, which the platform must give without undue delay, and once facts suggesting such a dismissal are established before a court or authority, the platform must prove other grounds (Member States may exempt inquisitorial proceedings, and it does not apply to criminal proceedings unless provided).
