Platforms must make available to competent authorities and representatives of persons performing platform work: (a) the number of persons performing platform work through it, by level of activity and contractual or employment status; (b) the general terms and conditions it applies to those relationships; (c) the average duration of activity, average weekly hours per person and average income from activity of regular performers (on request only); (d) the intermediaries it contracts with; and must give authorities information on work performed and employment status. The information is given per Member State where work is performed and updated at least every six months, and each time the terms and conditions change in substance (SMEs may be allowed yearly updates).
