EU Cyber Resilience Act Art. 14(4)(c): Final incident report within one month of the notification

Unless already provided, a final report is due within one month of the incident notification, with a detailed description of the incident including severity and impact, the likely type of threat or root cause, and the mitigation measures applied and ongoing.
