Manufacturer obligations (Article 13) – EU Cyber Resilience Act

EU Cyber Resilience Act Art. 13(3): Content, documentation and update of the risk assessment

The risk assessment must be documented and kept current through the support period. At minimum it analyses risks from the intended purpose, reasonably foreseeable use and conditions of use (operational environment, assets to protect) over the expected time in use; states whether and how each Part I point (2) requirement applies and is implemented; and states how Part I point (1) and the Part II vulnerability handling requirements are applied.
