Part Eight: Disclosure by institutions – EU Capital Requirements Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 575/2013)

EU Capital Requirements Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 575/2013) 433-434: Publish disclosures at the required frequency for the institution's category and submit them to EBA

What does 433-434 require?

Large institutions disclose all Part Eight information annually, listed items semi-annually and key metrics, own funds requirement items and liquidity items quarterly (non-listed large institutions other than G-SIIs annually with semi-annual key metrics); small and non-complex institutions disclose a reduced set annually; other institutions disclose everything annually and key metrics semi-annually (reduced sets for non-listed ones). Publication must follow the financial statements within a reasonable delay not exceeding the authority's timeframe, and institutions other than small and non-complex ones must submit the disclosures electronically to EBA, using the uniform formats, by the date they publish their financial statements, for publication on the EBA website.
