The participant places a prominent, clearly labelled link to the Kids Privacy Statement (or the children's section) on its home page and on every page where PID is collected from children; on a website the Kids Privacy Seal mark should sit near that link and must link directly to the participant's membership confirmation page on esrb.org; for an app, the app store listing must link to the Privacy Statement before download, and a Privacy Statement, ideally the short-form template bearing the Mobile Seal mark, must be reachable inside the app.
