Where the participant collects PID from children or any part of a Monitored Product is directed at children, it provides a separate Kids Privacy Statement or a children's section of the general statement that adds: how children's PID is collected and used; that participation in chat rooms, bulletin boards or forums may disclose a child's PID publicly and the participant's policy of removing it when discovered; that a parent may consent to collection and use without consenting to disclosure to third parties; how parents can prevent such disclosure; that participation in an activity is not conditioned on disclosing more PID than reasonably necessary; that parents may refuse further collection or use; how a parent can access, correct or delete the child's PID; and how third parties give parents the same access.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
