The participant tells ESRB ahead of time about any material change to its Online Information Practices (for example changes to terms of use or licence agreements, changes to how data security is built, or the launch of a sweepstakes, contest or promotion), obtains ESRB's prior approval for every substantive modification of its Privacy Statement whatever the cause, and, where changes have been implemented, on a change in control or after an investigation by a federal or state authority, submits a Self-Assessment Questionnaire or updated information in the form ESRB determines.
