ESRB Privacy Certified II.B: Biannual monitoring: three weeks to implement, full product access

What does II.B require?

ESRB issues a Compliance Report at least once in the initial term (no more than a year) and twice in each one-year renewal term, listing the Monitored Products, the changes required to stay compliant and recommended best practices; within three weeks of receipt the participant notifies ESRB through its SharePoint system (or the current means) that all required changes are implemented, or immediately gives ESRB a committed timeframe if more time is needed; the participant lets ESRB reach every part of the Monitored Products, including members-only and password-protected areas.
