ESRB examines the Privacy Statement of the participant and collects information on its Online Information Practices for the Monitored Products by written requests, calls or video demonstrations, manual testing that duplicates the user experience and automated tools, then issues required and suggested changes to the Privacy Statement and a Compliance Report; the participant implements every required change and attests to ESRB in writing that it has done so, after which ESRB completes a final review and, if all required changes are implemented or resolved, approves use of the program marks.
