On top of the Principle 5 disclosure, for Category A and, where appropriate, Category B Projects the client ensures that at least a summary of the ESIA is available online, which summarises human rights and climate risks and impacts where relevant; reports publicly each year the combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions (and a GHG efficiency ratio where appropriate) during operation for Projects above 100,000 tonnes CO2 equivalent a year, per Annex A; and is encouraged by the EPFI to share non-sensitive biodiversity data with GBIF and other repositories. The EPFI reports publicly, at least once a year, on transactions that reached Financial Close and on its implementation processes and experience, following the minimum requirements of Annex B and respecting confidentiality.
