All application data and their documentation for each installation fall under the deployment requirements of 9.1, the maintenance requirements of 9.2 and configuration management per 6.5 and 6.7, which may be run separately from the software's configuration management. The Application Preparation Verification Report shows that the conditions of use of the software and support tools are covered and enforced. The Designer writes an Application Release Note to accompany the delivered data, stating the application conditions to observe, compatibility among software components including data and between software and hardware, and all restrictions of use (as in 7.7.4.12); the Verifier checks its readability, traceability, specific content and consistency and records the result in the Application Preparation Verification Report.
