For non-web software with a user interface within the ICT, the software has to satisfy the WCAG 2.2 criteria of this group: colour never the sole carrier of meaning (11.1.4.1); pause, stop or separate volume for audio that plays by itself beyond 3 seconds (11.1.4.2); text contrast of 4.5:1, or 3:1 for large text (11.1.4.3); text enlargeable to 200 percent without loss (11.1.4.4); real text used in place of pictures of text (11.1.4.5); reflow at a 320 CSS pixel width (256 in height for horizontal text) without scrolling both ways (11.1.4.10); 3:1 contrast for component boundaries, states and graphics needed for understanding (11.1.4.11); no loss when users widen line, paragraph, letter and word spacing (11.1.4.12); hover or focus pop-ups that can be dismissed, hovered over and stay put (11.1.4.13). Resize text is modified (Table 11.2) to allow text sizing up to the platform's capability where the platform cannot reach 200 percent, and does not apply to software closed to enlargement; images of text applies to open functionality; audio control, reflow and hover content are restated in Tables 11.1, 11.3 and 11.4.
