A web page must meet the WCAG 2.1 success criteria under guideline 1.4 (distinguishable): colour never the sole cue (1.4.1), control over auto-playing audio (1.4.2), minimum contrast (1.4.3), text resizing (1.4.4), images of text (1.4.5), reflow (1.4.10), contrast for non-text elements (1.4.11), text spacing (1.4.12) and hover or focus content (1.4.13) (1.4.6 to 1.4.9 are AAA and held as void clauses). Each numbered sub-clause of 9.1.4 requires one criterion, in the same order as WCAG.
