EN 301 549 - Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services 11.2.5: 11.2.5 Input modalities

Non-web software with a user interface must meet the software versions of WCAG 2.1 guideline 2.5 (input modalities), split where needed between open functionality and functionality closed to assistive technology. Pointer gestures (Table 11.8) and pointer cancellation (Table 11.9) are restated; label in name is SC 2.5.3 for open functionality and should meet 5.1.3.3 when closed; motion actuation applies as written.
