Egypt National Guidelines for Trustworthy and Responsible AI (Edition 2.0, March 2026) 3.3: Post-deployment: monitor performance, risk and trustworthiness, operational health, audit for compliance, and improve and re-validate

What does 3.3 require?

In operation the organisation keeps continuous track of accuracy, latency, robustness, reliability and the health of the system, with alerts and dashboards for degradation, drift and anomalies; watches fairness and bias, security threats, explainability and transparency, privacy, resilience and whether human oversight is working, with automated safeguards and fallbacks when risks emerge; oversees data quality, dependencies and data and concept drift with detailed logging for audits, investigations and root-cause analysis; audits the system regularly on technical, ethical, privacy and security grounds against regulation, the governance standards and the approved specifications, documenting the results formally and stakeholder reporting; and turns monitoring, audit and user input into controlled updates, retraining, risk reassessment and organisational learning, with mitigation by human oversight or automated recovery when outputs fall outside nominal thresholds; continuously learning systems receive special consideration.
