The organisation supplies its contact details, a scope statement and a list of the activities, services and facilities it runs (pools, restaurants, function rooms, golf, spa, vehicles, workshops, own water supply, on-site wastewater treatment or power generation, fuel storage, marinas, airstrips, tours and the like), since that scope is what benchmarking and certification assess and it must flow into the Policy and Statement. Once a year it also reviews the internal and external issues relevant to its operations, including direct and indirect effects, legal duties and effects on stakeholders, and identifies its interested parties, their needs and which of those it takes on as compliance obligations. This context underpins every later document of the system.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
