A Communications Strategy keeps all stakeholders accurately and consistently informed about the sustainability Policy (as internal directive), the Statement (as public declaration), programmes, results from the EarthCheck Benchmarking Performance Report and participation in the programme, with defined responsibilities, channels, audiences and frequencies. All public material, advertising included, is formally checked and approved before release so nothing is unsupported, misleading or exaggerated; public documents such as certificates and the Statement are controlled, updated at least yearly or on change and retained; and stakeholders are told the sustainability objectives, why they exist and their part in them.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
