Every employee is trained and competent in the governance subjects their role touches, as a minimum legal and other obligations, managing risk, workplace safety, quality systems and sustainability results. The Coordinator and Green Team receive specialised training to carry out governance duties, training also covers occupational health and safety controls and economic and compliance governance where relevant, governance is part of induction and reinforced by refreshers at set intervals or after change, and all training is recorded and reviewed yearly.
