All applicable rules (on the environment and energy, work and labour, health and safety, quality, and social and cultural matters) are identified, documented and complied with through a compliance register kept current. A structured process monitors compliance, including review of documents, permits and licences; internal compliance reviews are documented; any breach is recorded, corrected immediately and notified to authorities where the law requires; and senior management reviews compliance performance at least yearly, with assessments, permits, findings, non-conformance logs and corrective actions kept.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
